Shipping policy

All orders are sent via 2nd class Royal Mail. Any orders received after 2pm will not be processed until the following day, at which point the order will aim to be delivered within 3-5 working days. You will receive an email notification once it has been dispatched.

If you need your order to arrive for a particular date please contact us on shop@bowelcanceruk.org.uk and we will do our best to send it as soon as we can. We cannot guarantee however that your order will arrive on time.
